How to upload 1099s?
Follow these simple steps to upload your information
Download Excel file
Sign in or Register and download our specially designed Excel file.
Populate the file
Populate the Excel file by pasting information exported from your accounting software or by entering information into the Excel file. Make sure you do not change the header columns. You must add your information starting at Row 5. Anything above that is for information only and will be ignored by the system.
Upload your file
Login to your account and Upload your completed Excel file. If you get any error during upload please read the error message carefully and then fix the issue and re-upload your file.
Once your file is uploaded successfully, review the information to make sure your information is imported correctly. Then based upon your needs choose the filing option from the available options. Click
for various filing options and pricing.
Once you have reviewed your forms and have chosen the filing option, use our secure payment processing to pay for your service. Sign the affidavit confirming your acceptance of the terms and Submit.
You are done! We do the rest!
We process your information and e-file your forms to the IRS. We print the forms and mail to individual recipients. When your forms are accepted by the IRS error free we send you an email informing you that the e-file has been completed.
You log in to your account and download your 1099 files in PDF format. You can print the forms for your records. You can also mail the state copies if required.
